Instructions for 4 to 6 servings

A culinary sauce

½ cup + 500 ml of liquid (water, cream, juice, gravy, wine…) + the other ingredients to make your sauce.

An aromatic broth

1 cup diluted in 1 litre of hot water.

A gourmet dish

½ cup + 300 ml of liquid to deglaze your meat in a pan or wok.

For 12 people, double the quantities and use a whole cup of concentrated stock for your sauce or gourmet dish.

For two people, use a teaspoon of concentrated stock.

Adjust the quantities depending on the intensity of flavour desired!

Once opened, the concentrated stock can be kept in the fridge for up to one month.
