Concentrated
stocks
Enter into Christian POTIER's world with its new range of concentrated stocks.

Discover the real values of French classical cooking. In the world of restauration, concentrated stocks are referred to as "Glaces de viande".

In the "Larousse Gastronomique", a reference book for Gourmets and all those fascinated by cooking; it is described as "a syrupy matter, obtained by reducing the stock of meat, poultry or more rarely game and fish".

The concentrated stocks will become the heart of your culinary sauces and gourmet dishes. Add original flavours to your daily cooking; make your meat tender and attractively coloured and delight your guests.
